Trusted Care Partners is a trade name of AREF VENTURES LLC, a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or working for Medicare, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency or insurance company. We are not licensed insurance agents and we do not advise anyone on which plan to choose. We are not a home health care provider and we give no medical, legal, financial, or tax advice.
Who is this for?
If this is for you
Executives have assistants because their time is worth protecting. Yours is too. Whether the backlog is a benefit renewal, three deliveries to chase, a week of appointments to book, or simply a stack of letters you have not opened — send it to us and get back a finished answer.
You stay in charge of every decision. We do the research, the writing and the organising; you make the final click.
If this is for your parent
You are not outsourcing your mother. You are outsourcing the phone tree.
Photograph the confusing letter, forward the strange text, list what the week needs. The assistant explains it in plain English, drafts the reply, and lays out the next steps, so you can help your parent in minutes instead of an evening. Because it all happens online, distance does not change how it works.
Your parent knows exactly what you can see. We do not report on anyone behind their back.
What we handle
The errands that eat a whole afternoon
Send a request from your phone or computer. There is nothing to download. Examples of what people hand off:
- “Get three quotes for the fence”
- “Fight the $340 medical bill”
- “Is this text from my bank real?”
- “Return the thing that arrived broken”
- “Find a Saturday plumber”
- “Cancel the gym that won’t answer”
- “Explain Mom’s Medicare letter”
- “Untangle the double-charged subscription”
- “Plan the week’s meals and shopping list”
Research & quotes
Three plumbers who work Saturdays, the cheapest flight that fits, the best-rated dentist who takes your plan. Researched, compared and summarised, with sources.
Letters & disputes
Billing errors, cancellations, refunds, complaints. A clear, firm letter or email, ready to send, with exactly where to send it and what to keep a copy of.
Paperwork, explained
Photograph a Medicare, Social Security or insurance letter and get it explained in plain English: what it says, what it asks for, and by when. Forms prepared for you to check and sign. We explain; we never give legal, medical or tax advice.
Technology
Phone, tablet, TV, Wi-Fi, email and video calls. Clear step-by-step instructions for your exact device, explained without condescension. Ask again as often as you like.
A second opinion on scams
A suspicious call, email, text or pop-up? Send us a screenshot before you click anything. The FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center recorded $7.75 billion in losses reported by people aged 60 and over in 2025. We cannot promise to catch everything, but a second opinion costs you nothing.
Shopping & errands, planned
Shopping lists, gift ideas, returns, rides and deliveries worked out for you, with links and step-by-step instructions, so the last click in your own account takes a minute.
Deadlines & reminders
Renewals, appointments and paperwork deadlines gathered into one dated list, with what to do before each one. Subscriptions you forgot about, found and listed for cancelling.
An example of how this works. A form has been sitting on the counter for a month. On a Tuesday evening you photograph it and send it through the portal. Within minutes the assistant explains what it needs, lists what to gather, and drafts the answers for you to check. You fill in the last details, sign it, and send it off. The deadline goes on your list.
Your share of that: one photo, one read-through, and one signature. (Illustrative example.)
How it works
Four steps, then it simply runs
Sign in
Type your email address in the portal. No password to create or forget.
Send a request
Say what you need in your own words. Add a photo of a letter or a screenshot if it helps.
The assistant gets to work
Usually within minutes, any time of day. It researches, writes, explains and organises, and asks if it needs anything else.
You check, then finish
You review the result, ask follow-ups, and make the final click yourself. Anything that needs a person goes to one.
Straight answers
What the assistant does, and what it never does
It does
- Research, compare and summarise, with sources
- Write letters, emails, complaints and disputes, ready to send
- Explain letters, bills and forms in plain English
- Prepare form answers for you to check and sign
- Check messages and screenshots for signs of a scam
- Plan shopping, trips, appointments and deadlines
It never
- Logs in to your accounts or asks for your passwords
- Pays for anything, or holds your card numbers
- Sends, orders or submits anything without your OK
- Gives medical, legal, tax or financial advice
- Pretends to be a person
When a person is needed — a phone call with identity checks, something only you can authorise, or anything the assistant is not sure about — it says so and passes it to us. Questions for a person: (973) 310-2432, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.

For New Jersey homeowners
New Jersey owes many older homeowners money. The form closes November 2.
Three state property-tax relief programmes — ANCHOR, the Senior Freeze, and Stay NJ — are now claimed on a single combined application. For an eligible homeowner they are frequently worth several thousand dollars a year. The people who miss out are almost never ineligible. They just never got round to the form.
Deadline: November 2, 2026
One application covers all three programmes for the 2025 benefit year. Miss it, and the wait is a full year.
Stay NJ
Age 65+, income $200,000 or less. Reimburses half your property tax bill, up to a $6,500 benefit.
Senior Freeze
Freezes your property tax at a base year and pays you back the increases. Age 65+ (or receiving Social Security disability), 10+ years owning your home.
ANCHOR
At least $1,000 for eligible homeowners — more if you are 65 or over — and at least $450 for renters.
This is exactly the kind of paperwork we handle. We gather what the form needs, fill it in with you, put it in front of you to check and sign, submit it, and chase the state if they come back with questions. It can even be your free first task — no payment details, no obligation, and you will know within one phone call whether you are likely eligible.
Figures as published by the New Jersey Division of Taxation; eligibility rules and amounts change annually and the final decision on any benefit belongs to the State, not to us — confirm current details at nj.gov/treasury/taxation. We are a private business, not affiliated with the State of New Jersey, and we do not give tax advice. We prepare and track the paperwork; you review and sign everything.
Trust & safety
What we do, and what we will never do
We are going to know your pharmacy, your post, and in time some of your passwords. You are entitled to know exactly where the line is — so here it is, in writing, from day one.
What we do
- Ask your approval, in your own words, before anything is submitted or any money moves
- Explain what a letter says, draft a reply, and let you sign it yourself
- Write down what you asked for and what came of it, and share that with whoever you choose
- Tell you plainly when you need someone other than us
- Give you references you can telephone before you commit to anything
What we never do
- Give medical advice, or handle or administer any medication
- Give legal, tax, or financial advice, or accept power of attorney
- Recommend investments or insurance plans, or become a holder on your accounts
- Accept cash, loans, gifts of value, or anything left in a will — from anyone, ever
- Ask you for a password by email or text. If someone does, it is not us
- Tell your family anything without your knowledge
Not in place yet — and we will not pretend otherwise
Three things are being arranged before we accept a first paying client. Until each is done, we are not going to claim it:
Professional liability insurance and a fidelity bond covering theft. The insurer and the cover amounts will be published here.
Criminal background checks. Nobody works with a client before a check is completed and on file, and they are repeated every year. We will show you the paperwork on request.
A business password manager with per-use access logging. Until that is running we will not hold anyone's passwords at all — we will do those tasks with you on the phone instead. Handling bills and payments also waits until the bond is in force.
Questions
The things people actually ask
Isn't this just for older people?
No. Helping older adults and their families is a specialty we are proud of, but the service is for anyone whose to-do list has outgrown their week — busy professionals, parents, people managing a household from two time zones away. An assistant is not an age; it is a decision about what your time is for.
Is this a person or an AI?
Your requests are handled by an AI assistant, built on Anthropic's Claude, and the service is overseen by a person, Magdi, who founded Trusted Care Partners. Every result is labelled as prepared by the assistant. When something needs a human, like a phone call with identity checks or something only you can authorise, the assistant says so and passes it to us.
The assistant never logs in to your accounts, never pays for anything, and never sends, orders or submits anything without your OK.
Is this home care?
No. We do nothing hands-on and nothing medical — no bathing, no transfers, no medication, and we do not visit homes at all. If that is what is needed, we will say so plainly and help you work out who to call. We handle the ordering, the paperwork, and the technology, by phone and email.
I do not need looking after.
Nobody needs help with a website that keeps logging them out. That is a design failure, not yours. This is for people managing perfectly well who have decided that forty minutes on hold with an insurance company is not a good use of a Tuesday.
Why would I trust a new company with any of this?
It is the right question, and being new is a fair reason to be cautious. Here is what we can offer you today rather than asking you to take our word: the first task is free and needs no payment details; references you can telephone before you commit; nothing gets submitted and no money moves without your say-so; and we will never accept a gift, a loan, or anything left in a will.
Insurance, bonding, and background checks are being arranged, and we will publish the details here when they are in force rather than before. Until the password manager is running we will not hold your passwords at all.
What does my family see?
Only what you agree to. You choose who is told what, and you can change it whenever you like. We will never report on you to your children behind your back — that is not a service, that is surveillance.
How do I stop?
Send an email or a text saying so. That is the whole process — you will never have to ring us and justify it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Billing stops at the end of that month.
When can I reach you?
The assistant works day or night: send a request from the portal any time. A person answers the phone Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Outside those hours, leave a message and we will come back to you the next working day.
This is not an emergency service. If you think money has already left your account, ring your bank first, not us.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in the United States. Because everything happens online, location makes no difference.
